Do you know about the sixth sense? We all know about the five senses of common sense: sight, taste as well as touch, and hearing. But what is the sixth sense? The sixth sense is basically the ability of a human being to sense something that doesn’t exist. For example, you might feel that something will occur prior to actually experiencing the events. Perhaps, you imagine something, and it happens. This is the time to be utilizing the sixth sense.

What Is Sixth Sense?

The sixth sense acts as an aide for you. It allows you to make the right choice between right and incorrect. The sixth senses are a blend of other senses, which can be a powerful strength for you. Every person is born with a sixth sense. However, we do not know the mechanism behind it. A good sixth sense makes us more confident in making the right decisions.

It’s your sixth sense that allows you to discern positive and negative feelings prior to making any plans or making a major move ahead. There are many stories of people who had to cancel tickets to a flight or train ticket at the last minute simply because they felt uncomfortable or comfortable about it. Several hours the next day, they discovered that the plane or train they had planned to travel on was damaged. The sixth sense is what which makes people feel these emotions and protect their lives from harm.

How To Improve Your Sixth Sense?

As I mentioned earlier, everyone has the sixth sense. However, we’re not able to feel it because of all the noise that surrounds us. The first step to reconnecting to your sixth sense is to spend some time in quiet and talking to yourself.

Meditate

This is the most effective method to engage the sixth sense. Meditation helps to calm your mind, and that is exactly the best thing to do if you want that sixth sense to cooperate with you. When you practice meditation, your mind is at peace and calm. This allows you to hear yourself and your own voice. If you don’t meditate for a long time meditation, try to do it for at least 10 minutes each day.

Trataka

Another method to awaken the sixth sense. Pick any object, and it could be a ball, candle, or lamp, and stare at it all the time that you can, without blinking. It is helpful to practice it every day to develop your sense of sixth.

Go back to nature

We’ve all been too busy with our daily jobs that it’s very difficult to take the time to spend time soaking in natural beauty. Being in the natural world, walking around an area of the garden, observing stunning flowers, or listening to the birds sing can help us feel a sense of peace and connection with our own.
