Spa and Waxing Tips

What should I eat before my spa treatments?

Before any spa treatments, it is best to avoid eating a large meal. Similar to what you wouldn’t eat before a run, swim, or other vigorous activity, it is not advisable to eat a heavy meal. If you’re really hungry, you can have a snack.

When do I need to arrive for my treatment?

Please arrive at least 10 min early if this is your first time visiting the facility. This will allow you to relax and get to know it.

What should I do if my health is not the best?

Before booking any treatments, be sure to inform our Spa consultant. Please let us know if you have any concerns.

Is it possible to ask the therapist for adjustments to improve my comfort?

Definitely. You should take this time to enjoy it. Talk to us if you would like to adjust the temperature, volume, or pressure of your massage. Massage therapists might use their fingertips, elbows, elbows, fingers, forearms and fingers during massage. To flush out metabolic waste from your tissues, it is important that you drink as much water after the massage as possible.

What happens if I am late for an appointment?

Late arrivals will only limit your treatment time, which can lead to a reduction in the effectiveness of your treatment and less enjoyment. To ensure that your next guest arrives on time, your treatment will be completed.

How do I cancel a spa booking?

You are the only one who can select the treatments that you want. You must cancel within four hours to avoid any charges

Spa Etiquette

The Spa environment encourages tranquility and relaxation. Respect the privacy and quiet of spa guests by speaking softly, or simply taking in the silence.

Massage therapy treats a wide range of conditions. Experts believe that stress-related tension is responsible for between 80% and 90% of all diseases.

Here’s why:

Bodywork is a non-invasive, humanistic and drug-free approach that relies on the body’s natural ability for healing itself. Massage can have many physiological effects. For example, it increases circulation which allows the body to pump more nutrients and oxygen into vital organs and tissues.

Stimulating lymph system, which is the body’s natural defense against harmful invaders, by stimulating it. Endorphins are the body’s natural painkiller.

People with low back pain need to be able to move more freely and feel less discomfort. Migraine sufferers can be relieved of their pain and medications are less often required.

Brazilian and Boyzilian waxing are the most cutting-edge Bikini waxing for men and women. They are performed professionally by highly trained therapists and adhere to high hygiene standards.

Brazilian wax / Boyzilian removes hair from the entire pubic area, or leaves a small amount upon request.

People waxe for hygiene reasons and to be able to wear the most daring swimwear and lingerie.

Contrary to popular belief waxing doesn’t cause any itching or stubbles unlike shaving. You also get a much more smooth and clean wax.

It also improves your sex life.

What you can expect from your Brazilian wax appointment.

Upon arrival at our location, we’ll take you to our waxing area. Here you will be asked to remove all clothing from your waist. Your legs will be down and your knees elevated. You will lie flat on your back on a table. Your partner will be as familiar with your aesthetician as you are. It’s best to pretend that you don’t know anything.

How can I prepare for my visit?

The aesthetician will first dip the waxing stick in warm wax, then apply it to your skin and hair. Hard wax is used to cause the least discomfort. The wax “shrink-wraps each hair” as it cools. After the wax has dried, it can be pulled from the root. Your aesthetician will most likely remove any stray hairs using a pair of tweezers.

It’s important to keep the skin tightly pulled during waxing. You may also be asked to stabilize an area by using your hand, particularly towards the middle of the labia, where there isn’t any bone or muscle beneath. Waxing is usually done in the front and moves to the back.

How long do you want your hair to be?

Don’t forget to dress as comfortably as possible. Ladies, try to avoid appointments at the Brazilian three days prior or after your period. This is because skin is more sensitive during this time.

How does it differ from regular bikini waxes?

For the best waxing, hair should grow to 1/4 inch but not more than 1/2″ (roughly 2 weeks). If necessary, hair should be trimmed. To make hair removal more easy, it should be free of oils and lotions.

The Brazilian basically removes hair from the front, back, and everything in between. Clients often want all of it. Bikini Wax, on the other side, removes hair only from the Bikini line.

Does it really seem that hair gets thinner after waxing?

Yes. Because pulling hair from the roots weakens hair follicles over time.
