Step 1: Choose a suitable location close to a power outlet

Step 2: Carefully attach the Mounting Bracket on the Wall

This step is crucial as it lays the foundation for the entire installation. This is a step-by–step guide on how to attach your bracket to the wall.

With a pencil, mark the area where you will place the bracket. Make sure it is half the height of your fireplace.
Place the studs horizontally and straight against the wall. Make sure there is enough space between them. To determine the straightness of your stud, a spirit level gauge is the best instrument.
Use an electric screwdriver to attach the studs to your wall.
Attach the mounting bracket carefully to the wall. Make sure it is straight and flat.

Step 3: Hang the fireplace on the bracket correctly

Wall-mounted electric fireplaces can be mounted with hooks or slots on the back. This gives you two options for installation.

- Connect your fireplace’s slots to mounting brackets.
- The second option is to connect the hooks of the fireplace with the slots in the brackets.
You will hear the fireplace click if it is correctly installed. Before you release the fireplace, make sure it is perfectly balanced on the stands.
Attach a separate glass cover to your fireplace to complete the set-up.
Please Note: Follow the safety precautions while hanging the fireplace from the bracket.
- - Keep clothing, furniture, and any other combustible material at least three feet from the unit.
  - Do not allow any foreign objects to pass through cooling openings. They can cause electric shock or fire.
  - For safety, ensure that your unit has been certified by the Underwriter Laboratories.
  - Do not lift the electric fireplace from the glass. Instead, lift it from the firebox.
  - Follow the instructions. Never modify the fireplace.
  - Never mount the fireplace to a damp wall.

Step 4: Final touches

Step 5: Connect your Power Cord

The final step in the installation process is to plug in the power cord. A majority of fireplace cords have three prongs so you will need a plug with three pins.
An adapter can be used if your system doesn’t come with a 3-pin plug. For safety, ensure that the adapter is properly grounded.
To make your hanging effect natural, hide the cord when you plug it into the power outlet. These are some options to conceal the cord.
- - Paint the cord the same color that the wall.
  - Pass the cord to the right of the TV stand.
  - Cable cover races are possible.
  - Place the cord under your carpet.
