Exercise is often recommended as a way to give your skin a healthy glow. While this is absolutely true, it’s also essential to have a pre and post-workout skin routine to ensure you reap all the benefits. This is especially true for people with sensitive skin. Without a skin routine, you may experience things like windburn, chafing, acne, and more. 

For that healthy glow, follow these five easy steps: 

1. Prevent and treat chafing
