U.S. SHIPPING COSTS:
We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico cannot be sent via UPS ground shipping. Please select UPS Expedited upon checkout.
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY:
If you refuse delivery of any package from Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent, the package will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. However, you will not be refunded any shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 15 days of the date of receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged at any time.
Returned items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, damaged, soiled or altered in any way. All tags must be attached and the items must be in their original condition. Footwear must be in their original condition and not worn. Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected upon return. Shoeboxes are considered part of the product and should be protected when shipping for a return or exchange. We will not accept a shoe return if the shoes have been worn and/or the box is damaged. Dust bags must be included with returns, where applicable.
Our online store can only accept merchandise that has been purchased directly from our website. Merchandise purchased at our New York boutique must be returned at that location. Merchandise purchased at any other retailers must be returned to the respective retailer. We cannot accept any merchandise that has not been purchased from our online store. However, you may return or exchange merchandise purchased from our online store, in our New York boutique for an item of equal or greater value with proof of purchase (web receipt).
If you received an item as a gift, you may exchange the item for online store credit or you may exchange the item in our New York boutique.
All sample sale purchases are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on sample sale merchandise.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Twelfth Street by Cynthia Vincent reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Included in your order (excluding sale items) you will receive a pre-paid UPS Return Label. Return shipping is free of charge. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Additionally, a Return Form will be included. Fill out the Return Form with the reason for return. Include the form in your package and use the pre-paid UPS return label. Drop the package at your local UPS store or schedule a free pickup at https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule. When we receive the package, we will complete your refund. Please allow 7-10 business days from the time the return is received for your account to be credited.
